Appartement très agréable, bien situé et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Ste-Maxime ! Isabelle, la propriétaire, était disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions, aussi bien au moment de la réservation qu'après notre arrivée. info piscine : l'appartement étant dans une résidence de vacances Lagrange, l'accès à la piscine est réglementé et il y a toujours beaucoup de monde (familles avec enfants en bas âge). Mais la plage étant à 3 minutes à pieds, cela ne nous a pas dérangé (nous avons préféré profiter de la plage plutôt que de la piscine :-))

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Appartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach herrlich, von Sonnenaufgang bis Mittag hat man dort Sonne und dann ist es am Nachmittag schön kühl dort, um nach dem Baden im wunderschönen Pool der Anlage zu entspannen. Alles was man braucht ist da, vom Wasserkocher bis zum Haarföhn (nur in der Küche könnte es noch ein bisschen mehr „Werkzeug“ geben, ansonsten wirklich alles super! Kurze Wege bis direkt in die Stadt, man braucht das Auto kaum, und trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig dort. Ein Riesenvorteil ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, der direkt neben der Tür zum Aufzug liegt, also perfekt. Wir haben jetzt schon wieder Heimweh und freuen uns sehr, bald wieder in diesem Appartement wohnen zu dürfen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und auch die autonome Anreise lief problemlos. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! Allergikern gegen Mücken sei allerdings empfohlen, sich aufgrund der direkten Nähe zum Préconil ab der Ankunft mit Mückenschutz (Spray etc.) zu schützen, auch UV Lampen für die Steckdosen sind sehr empfehlenswert, dass man ruhige Nächte verbringt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sofort wieder buchen bei Mme Moret!

Tres bien situe on peut faire tout a pieds. Balcon spacieux. Petit pb avec électricité qui dejonctee régulièrement et clim pas tres puissant dans chambres. Sinon super sejour.

Très bonne localisation, le garage un plus non négligeable, appartement fonctionnel. Jolie petite terrasse agréable avec une jolie vue mer. On reviendra avec plaisir 😊

La piscine est un plus dans cette propriété proche de la mer et des commodités. Un petit bémol quant au calme relatif eu égard au fonctionnement de l'ascenseur quelque peu sonore aux heures matinales.
