This modern villa in a village is located just 150 metres from a beautiful river. The region, where castles and historic sites rub shoulders, will quickly win you over with its stunning scenery. Canoe or kayak down the Ardèche and explore the small, hidden gorges. Just outside the lively village of Vallon, 35 km away with its shops and cosy restaurants, is the Pont dArc, a natural stone bridge that spans the Ardèche next to a beautiful sandy beach.

Heerlijk huisje,van alle gemakken voorzien.Prachtig uitzicht over de wijngaarden en veel privacy.Bij het privé zwembad is het ook heerlijk vertoeven;kortom, een aanrader!
