"They were very helpful, such as showing us how to get to our room, visiting with us at the bar, and keeping our luggage safe after we checked out but needed it stored for a few more hours. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great shower. We loved that it was located across the street from the tourism office and where we met our tour guides. "

"The hotel was very nice with the feeling of the 1920’s or 30’s. The room had everything we needed for a two night stay in Avignon and was in an excellent location. The whole old town was easily walkable and we were able to explore and find lots of excellent dining nearby. The included breakfast was nice as well. The room was missing a blackout curtain on one of the windows but the window faced a narrow courtyard with no neighbouring windows able to see in so it wasn’t a big deal."

"Loved this hotel. Spent 5 nights here this past week with my daughter. All the staff are amazing! Arrived late and very dirty from hiking and the check in was so fast and friendly, they took care of parking my car and I was so grateful to be in my room showering within minutes. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely especially if you enjoy watching all the little birds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cant say enough about how great the staff are. "

"This is a lovely historic property. We stayed in the older section in a room overlooking the courtyard. Excellent staff, cleanliness and condition. Very convenient to the train station as well as to the old town. Would love to stay here again."
