SOGGIORNO RILASSANTE
Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno presso questa struttura a Saint Raphael perchè abbiamo molto gradito l'accoglienza di Janet , proprietaria simpatica e molto gentile . L'appartamento al piano terra è sito in una zona residenziale tranquilla in periferia, immerso nel verde e in totale sicurezza con posto auto all'interno della proprietà., non molto lontano dai supermercati e dal centro città. La zona soggiorno è molto ben arredata e spaziosa e luminosa, con un comodo divano e dotata di televisione; la zona cucina ampia è dotata di un piano cottura ad induzione, forno e frigo oltre ad una lavatrice . Il servizio igienico è separato dalla stanza del bagno , che è veramente confortevole per l' enorme spazio doccia e un termosifone a parete molto caldo utile per riscaldare gli accappatoi e gli asciugamani mentre le due camere risultano essere un po' strette nel passaggio tra i letti ma con una diversa posizione dei mobili , posso risultare più spaziose. Come era nelle nostre aspettative abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevole in pieno relax !!

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem mit Außentor gesicherten Grundstück. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Zustand des Bades (speziell der Dusche - diese ist voll funktionsfähig, aber sehr abgenutzt) sollte überprüft werden und teilweise ausgetauscht/modernisiert werden. Auch bei den Betten, sowie bei den Polstermöbeln sollte man über einen Austausch nachdenken. Der Ferienort ist für einen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann gut baden, Rad fahren und in ca. 17 km Entfernung auch wandern. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.

In der Wohnung alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Vermieter perfekt. Ohne Auto gut möglich: Ab Bahnhof am Ort für Ausflüge per Zug oder per Boot. Da die Wohnung in einem weitläufigen Wohngebiet liegt, ist jedoch ganz zu Fuß nichts um die Ecke. Meer zum Hausstrand ca. 10 min gut zu machen. Einkaufen eher nicht so einfach für größere Mengen . Kleinere Einkäufe o.k. Insgesamt sehr schön.

Un très bon accueil de Janet. Logement très fonctionnel, propre et très calme. Bonne localisation dans un quartier résidentiel. Mer proche, commerces proches accessibles rapidement mais itinéraire pentu, si vous prévoyez les vélos qu’ils soient avec assistance électrique. Nous y retournerons volontier.

Wir ( mein Mann und unsere Tochter) waren eine Woche in Saint-Raphaël. Janet, die Vermieterin, ist eine sehr nette, gastfreundliche Dame. Den Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus haben wir als angenehm empfunden aber es gibt 2-3 Dinge die verbesserungsfähig wären, Das WLAN ist extrem langsam oder nicht "vorhanden", es wäre doch mal angebracht eine neue Duschkabine und Duschkopf zu installieren. Falls man doch mal Fernsehen schauen möchte gibt es, leider, nur französische Sender! Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefüllt!

Prima Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber!
Wir (Ehepaar 55+) haben 10 wunderschöne Spätsommertage in St. Raphael/Frejús verbracht. Der Ortsteil Boulouris im Osten von St. Raphael ist eine reine Wohngegend mit viel Grün. Das kleine Nahversorgungszentrum in Bahnhofsnähe bietet eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, das auch sonntags geöffnet hat. Montag morgens findet in der Ortsmitte auch ein netter kleiner Wochenmarkt statt. Alle großen Supermarktketten sind vor Ort vertreten und in 5 Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Die ruhig gelegene Wohnung war für uns idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Tagestouren in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Man erreicht sehr schnell das Esterel-Gebirge und die spektakuläre Küstenstraße. In etwa 15 Minuten gelangt man ampelfrei (aber über unzählige Kreisverkehre…) zur A8 und kann so auch weiter entfernte Ziele wie Aix, Marseille, Antibes ansteuern. In Frejús/St.Raphael selbst gibt es viel zu sehen. Lohnenswerte Orte im Umkreis: Grasse, Fayence, Valbonne, Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Les Arcs-sur-Argens, St. Tropez (auch per Schiff) und viele idyllische kleine Orte. Selbst im Herbst ist bei über 20 Grad Wassertemperatur noch ein Bad im Meer, etwa in Agay oder St. Augulf möglich. Auch vor Ort gibt es nette Strände. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der großen, familiengeeigneten Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Weil wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir die schöne Terrasse viel zu selten genutzt. Die Wohnung dürfte nach unserer Einschätzung auch ideal für die Sommermonate sein, denn die Terrasse wird von Bougainvilleen beschattet und die Räume sind durch ihre Ausrichtung durchweg vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt. Wir können uns vorstellen, auch mal die Sommerferien bei Fam. Luck zu verbringen und empfehlen die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung.

Wonderful stay
We stayed here during the first two weeks of June with our 1,5 year old daughter. We all enjoyed the easy life of the flat. It is perfectly equiped for a small child, and we felt it save for our daughter. The appartment is not far away from everything: city, sea, beaches and some shops for daily life can be reached in max 8 min car ride. The environment is calm, and our daughter loved to hear and sea the seagulls outside. They were no bad surprises, and our host remained always gentle and available. We recommend.
