Séjour parfait!
Nous remercions Sandra, la propriétaire, pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est situé au 1er étage d'une toute petite copropriété très calme. La cotinière est un lieu très agréable et vivant, avec un grand choix de restaurants, boutiques, glaciers, etc. Le port est accessible à pied (600 m). La 1ère plage est accessible à 200m env. C'est une plage avec des rochers, donc pas pratique pour la baignade mais agréable. D'autres plages proches sont également accessibles à pied mais on peut aussi profiter du réseau des navettes estivales gratuites, qui sont très utiles pour visiter l'île sans prendre la voiture. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

Schönes Objekt auf der ersten Etage
An einer kleinen meernahen Eingangsstraße gelegen, aber durch eine lange Einfahrt sehr ruhig. Es gibt ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück. Eine gemütliche Grillecke liegt ebenerdig, davon abgetrennt Fahrradständer. Eine kleine recht steile und enge Außentreppe führt in die schön eingerichtete und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung. Im Herbst war besonders der Wintergarten eine Bereicherung. Die Küche ist klein, aber das Equipment macht dies wett; allein die Heizleistung der Kochplatten lässt zu wünschen übrig Der Strand mit Felsen im Wasser ist wenige Meter entfernt- andauernde Meeresbrise ist garantiert. Sandra ist eine sehr angenehme und freundliche Gastgeberin. Dies gilt auch für die ansässigen Nachbarn. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wer die Île d´ Oléron mag fühlt sich wohl. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Nice appartment in a good location
Travelling as a family with 3 kids, we liked the spacious appartment with 3 bedrooms. 2 kids could sleep in the attic with 2 separate beds, the kitchen was well equipped. Bakeries and some shops are in walking distance, nice beaches can be reached by bike (the closest beach is rocky).

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'accueil de Sandra est très sympa, l'appartement est très bien agencé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, les plages idéales pour crapahuter à marée basse et les commerces à proximité. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Appartement bien situé sauf pour la baignade
Location spacieuse, bien située près de tous les commerces et restaurants. Seul regret la plage près de l'appartement n'est pas pour la baignade compte tenu des rochers, et les premières plages sans rochers sont à une douzaine de kilomètres et compte tenu de l'importance de circulation, pas facile de s'y rendre sans passer du temps dans les bouchons.
