Boutique Beach House
We spend one week in this nicely refurbished beach house at Ermitage/Saint Gilles, probably the best beach on La Réunion. The villa is just a stone throw away from the beach with plenty of nice restaurants and bars close by. Our favorite one was Le Manta which is just around the corner. The land lord is a very charming and helpful person who gave us a lot of useful tips which places and restaurants to visit. The house has got 3 bed rooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. We were just 4 people and enjoyed the space we had. The veranda with the open kitchen was our most favorable place were we spent most of our time. We can highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again when returning back to La Réunion in the future.

Villa avec jolie petit jardin
Villa très agréable à vivre , très propre , tout proche du lagon à pied.douche extérieur très appréciable , petit jardin avec gazon synthétique, à l’ombre du magnifique Frangipanier . Jacuzzi très très chaud , ne pas hésiter a enlever le gros coussin de protection plusieurs heures avant de pouvoir l’utiliser. Villa mitoyenne avec une autre villa donc possibilité d’entendre les voisins le matin . Très petite armoire dans les chambres . Petit Frigidaire , cuisine bien équipée mais un peu étroite pour 6/7 personnes . Les ventilateurs de plafond dans la cuisine et dans le salon sont très appréciables. Je recommande cette location pour 4/5 personnes

Quiétude Sous le Frangipanier
Très jolie maison, propre et hyper fonctionnelle. Tout près de la plage et restaurants. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous comptons y revenir encore. C 'est une très belle adresse, l accueil est très convivial!! Merci!!

Dommage pour les place de stationnement. La partie parking intérieur un peu poussiéreux, à revoir. Mais pour le reste c'est très bien.

Très belle propriété idéalement située à 2 pas de la plage
En proximité immédiate du lagon, dans une ruelle très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété meublée avec goût. Les propriétaires très sympas sont restés (virtuellement, Covid oblige…) à l’écoute de toutes nos questions et de nos demandes (y compris une arrivée anticipée). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Localisation idéale à 5 min du lagon
Localisation idéale pour profiter du lagon, du matin au coucher de soleil. La maison est par ailleurs très fonctionnelle, jardin agréable pour passer des moments en famille. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, merci à eux.

Aucune tolérance du voisinage !! Délation pour 5 min de musique Joyeux Anniversaire !! Location peut-être plus adaptée aux personnes très âgées. À souligner le trop de vis à vis concernant la location !! … et humidité dans les sdb.Lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel et fuite d’eau du frigo.

Sejour balnéaire idéal
La villa le frangipanier sera votre lieu de séjour balnéaire idéal de par son emplacement privilégié. En effet, elle ne se situe qu'à quelques pas de la plage, au bout d'une rue très calme. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. La villa est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Il n'y a qu'à poser ses valises et profiter du lieu st ses alentours. Commerces et restaurants à proximité, cela facilite la vie. Les propriétaires sont hyper réactifs, très courtois et très attentionnés. Bref, hâte de pour retourner !
