Terrace and land. House located in the countryside, benefiting from a vast plot of land of 6000 m² with a pond. Wooden terrace with barbecue/plancha. Very spacious cottage for 4 people, with a through view in the living room and a second living room upstairs. Careful and personalized decoration, beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Small grocery store with bakery and Fromagerie de St Ours 1.2 km away, shops in Cusy 5 km or Grésy sur Aix 8 km away. Possibility of storing bicycles in a closed room. Private parking for 2 cars.
