appartement très bien équipé ,en parfait état et très propre. la localisation est idéale : 300 m de la mer et 10 minutes de St Malo intra muros donc aucune nuisance . Place de parking réservée , excellente Wifi

Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée : l'immeuble est en ravalement. Il y a un échafaudage sur le balcon du séjour ce qui rend la pièce très obscure. Autre point : le chauffe eau est mal réglé : très désagréable pour prendre une douche. Au demeurant, l'appartement est de bon standing et bien situé.

L'appartement est effectivement bien équipé et bien placé mais contrairement à ce qu'il est indiqué dans l'annonce le ménage est automatiquement payé et non en option : 80 euros. Pendant notre séjour, les balcons ont été inaccessibles à cause de travaux sur la façade alors qu'on avait pris cette location à cause des balcons et la propriétaire ne nous a pas averti et n'a pas non plus jugé bon de s'excuser alors que l'affichage des travaux date d'avril et notre location en juin. Et le matin impossible de dormir à cause du bruit : réveillé par les travaux (perçage, coup de marteau, meuleuse et toute la journée). C'est décevant, on ne part que 15 jours par an.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le contact avec le propriaitaire ainsi que l'accueil à Saint Malo ont été des plus chaleureux. L'appartement est très soigné, la décoration très belle, le confort omniprésent, la literie de très bonne qualité, la cuisine très bien équipée... En ce qui concerne la situation géographique, là aussi idéale, à deux pas de la plage du sillon et à dix minutes d'intra muros à pieds, pas besoin de véhicule, tous les commerces se trouvent à moins de cinq minutes. Tout est réuni pour passer un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement au calme. Nous y reviendrons!

Appartement calme et très agréable, situation idéale tout près de la grande plage, à mi-chemin entre les Thermes et l'Intra-Muros. La cuisine est très bien équipée tant au niveau de la qualité que de la quantité du matériel. Les propriétaires mettent à la disposition des locataires des jeux, livres et informations touristiques. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances.
