"Nice house with a great swimming pool and lots of privacy."

"The house is lying in a small quiet village. 10 min. from shops and restaurants. The kids (and we) enjoyed the pool a lot. They house is big and stays cool. Philip has been a great host! Very friendly and open to share advice on things to do in the area. The house has everything you need inlcuding TV and good wifi inside and out. The dog is very friendly, also for the kids. We had a great relaxing time! Thanks Phil!"

"Le Soutenac is a generous and comfortable place to enjoy rural French life. The description of the house was very accurate and there were no hidden surprises! The kitchen is large and well-equipped, there are many places to sit, eat, drink or relax. The boulangerie was shut for the first half of our stay but Neuvic is an easy cycle away (I guess even Mme Boulanger needs a holiday!)"

"We did spend a wonderful time with family and friends as a party of five and also three dogs. As the location is quite remote, you can enjoy absolute privacy but on the other hand, all necessary supply is in close range - if you do not fear a 45 minute walk you can reach the weekly market of the next village even by foot hiking through a light forest. The interior is perfect for a relaxing holiday and especially the full equipped kitchen (necessary in France's home of fine food) does provide the...

"We needed a hotel with parking in Bergerac while we look at houses. Was surprised to find this lovely little hotel with parking outside and a pool was actually in the centre of Bergerac. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the place Gambetta which was lovely. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good value. Will definitely use again"
