"Lovely property and stay"

"Sehr gut. Das Haus lag in einem Ortsteil von Saujon, nur 20 km vom Atlantik entfernt. Wir bevorzugten als Strand die Côte Sauvage , aber auch die Strände entlang der Küste um Royan waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vorteil , nicht direkt an der Küste zu wohnen: französische Lebensart abseits der Touristenmeilen zu erleben . Märkte , Cafés , Boulangerien, Feste , kleine Restaurants und Bistros , Kirchen und Abteien . Und natürlich speziell in der Region : Austern und andere Meeresfrüchte absolut...

"Gite bien aménagé, au calme dans un hameau, très facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute, parfait pour faire une étape. Cuisine grande et bien équipée (grand frigo, congélateur, four, etc.). On a apprécié le stationnement facile devant le gite, les lits faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes fournies, le baby foot/billard et jeu de fléchettes, la télé assez grande, la documentation touristique. C'est presque parfait sauf le canapé, très inconfortable et trop petit, à changer par un plus grand ou 2 petits...

"Lovely gite in a lovely area. We particularly enjoyed going to the port to read in the shade and enjoy a drink in the bar/restaurants. Plenty to do and see in the local area with La Rochelle and Bordeaux within 90 minutes to go further afield. Jo was very welcoming and helpful, being only 20 minutes away if needed"

"This is a lovely well equiped property situated in a quiet area close enough to local shops to walk (through the beautiful vin yards) and beaches only a relatively short drive through lovely scenery.
