Super emplacement mais communication compliquée avec la personne sur place
L'emplacement est vraiment bien, à 5 min à pied du centre-ville, et placé du bon côté pour ceux qui vont skier à Val Louron. Le salon relativement grand pour un logement de montagne, et la salle-de-bain a été rénovée. Contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur l'annonce il n'y a pas de "casier à skis ni cellier", mais le balcon est exploitable pour tout entreposer. Le lit double grince, dommage. Le parking gratuit et sécurisé est un vrai plus. Cependant la personne qui remet les clés pourrait donner plus d'explications : J'ai essayé 5 min d'ouvrir la barrière, jusqu'à qu'une gentille personne me précise qu'il faut que je sois collée à la barrière. Elle précise également (et c'est IMPORTANT) que le "bip" reconnait les entrées/sorties de CHAQUE voiture. Donc il ne faut surtout pas rentrer avec quelqu'un sinon après on ne peut plus sortir du parking, le bip ne marche pas ! Si quelqu'un est devant nous pour entrer, il faut donc attendre que la barrière se ferme, puis on ré-ouvre avec notre propre bip. Cette information essentielle, doit absolument être précisée aux locataires ! Le hublot de la machine à laver ferme mal, donc si vous n'arrivez pas à le manipuler vous ne pourrez pas lancer la machine. Pour finir, j'ai moyennement apprécié qu'on fixe une heure de départ à 12h. Pour que le jour de mon départ à 10h50 je reçois un SMS m'indiquant que je devais quitter les lieux à 11h ! Elle est très gentille, mais tout n'est pas fait de manière pro, c'est améliorable :-)
