The accommodation has
 - 1 bedroom bed 160 on courtyard, 1 ch. bed 140 street side and 1 sleeping area with a double bed 140 mezzanine (please teenagers, suitable for agile people).
- terrace on street with bicycle racks - installed after the photo - and small space on the courtyard
- bathroom and separate toilet
- a well-stocked kitchen adjoining the living room of 24 m2.

Parking is easy in this area.

There is a swimming pool a short distance away.

The ocean bike path will take you from Noirmoutier to the seaside.

The cleaning fee, 100 euros, is not mandatory but is added to the deposit of 350 euros, in case of housing rendered IMPROPER TO BE RELOCATED AS IS FOR new people.
Not being there, the linen can not be provided (except bed linen, on special request, for an amount of 13 euros per bed).
