"very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated throughout the property in a quiet location. Carefully thought of everyone's needs. On the description it clearly stated that there was a hot tub with a bath symbol, but there was not a bath or a hot tub at the property. Any issues were addressed by the owner very quickly. "La maison de Frederic est confortable, belle et spacieuse. On s'y sent très bien. Les meubles sont aciens, belle hauteur, parquet, beaucoup de cachet et de charme. La plage est à quelques mètres et le centre-ville et son marché à quelques minutes de marche. Nous disposions de tout l'étage et du jardin. C était vraiment agréable. Nous reviendrons sans doute."

As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! "We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "
