En extérieur, jardin clos, avec terrasse et mobilier de jardin. Stationnement devant la propriété.

Le plus de cette location à la mer : Situation de la maison au calme, à 5 minutes en vélo de la plage des Huttes et à 6 minutes en voiture de la plage de la Brée, centre-ville de Saint-Denis à 2km de la maison.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).

Jolie maison sans vis à vis idéalement située (nature et calme) mais vraiment très mal entretenue !!

A notre arrivée nous avons été dans l’obligation de faire le ménage ! La maison était tellement sale ! Évidemment nous n’avons pas pu tout nettoyer mais au moins les sanitaires (wc, salle d’eau et cuisine) pour pouvoir les utiliser. Cette jolie petite maison est gâchée par le manque d’entretien. A noter que cette saleté semble incrustée depuis des mois, voire des années ! (Des détritus recouvrent les poignées de placards de cuisine, les étagères, les objets, le bas des portes et chaque recoins sont encrassés, insectes morts, tiroirs degueulasses, les filtres de la hotte semblent ne jamais avoir été lavés….etc etc etc…) Nous tenons à votre disposition des photos… Il faudrait vraiment effectuer un énorme ménage de fond dans ce petit logement qui le mérite vraiment !! Nous avons payé très cher pour du hors saison, et nous sommes choquées de cette maison vraiment très sale !

La Michelière - Saint-Denis d'Oléron

Emplacement calme, maison lumineuse et bien aménagée. Pistes cyclables à proximité permettant de rejoindre en quelques minutes le centre de Saint-Denis. Maison quasi à mi-chemin entre les plages côté atlantique et les plages côté terre, le tout accessible à vélo. Seul point négatif : nettoyage bâclé à notre arrivée par l'équipe technique. Foncia a néanmoins été réceptif et commercial face à nos doléances.
