We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Coulomb, this charming house to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared at your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, wifi (optical fiber)
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Two bedrooms with 6 single beds and a third one with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

The house is ideally located in Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house.

- Nearest train station : Saint-Malo (15min by car)
- Nearest airport : Pleurtuit-Dinard (25min), Rennes (1h10) or Nantes (2h30)
