"Very clean and well equipped. There are lots of steps but not steep. Easy to find and close to Target and Cub. Our group of 5 college friends celebrating our 80th birthdays and 4 husbands. It was very comfortable and fun to be there together."

"Everything was ok except we couldn’t enjoy sitting in the lobby to watch Netflix cause somehow the remote isn’t working properly and tv is old including the one in the room I couldn’t connect it to my phone to enjoy indoor evening with my partner so that was a disappointment but above all everything else was good"

"The location was great and there was convenient shopping close by. It worked well as a gathering place for our group. But the house was not clean. We did not plan to cook but the stovetop was cracked so we would not have used it. We would not stay there again."

"We came out as a family to stay near to my Mother in the Wayzata area. It was a pleasant experience and we had a good time staying at this cottage near to bays and parks. Overall a good experience and the hosts were very responsive. My VRBO app was not working so well, but not their fault and really did not make any issues. Love Minnesota even in the Winter!"

"The home is nicely decorated and very well equipped. We had 6 adults in our group and had plenty of space. It is located near a wide range of food choices ranging from high end sit down to delivery/carry out. Located near major roads which made getting around the twin cities area much easier. The little touches that the host provided specific to our visit were exceptional. We had a great stay and will definitely be using this home again in the future."

"We absolutely loved our Medicine Lake rental. The house is in an amazing location with fantastic views of the lake. The neighborhood was quiet but easy to get around. Our host could not have been more accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious, and had an excellent home office. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a summer vacation rental (or any time of year)."

"We rented both the main house and the carriage house for a family re-union with 18 people. The house could not be better located - right on the best street and close to everything. It also sits up high off the street so it's fairly quiet. I would advise you to be very hesitant about renting this house in the summer. The AC units are only in the bedrooms. The kitchen and living room are almost unusable in the late afternoon and early evening. The room AC units work, but they are terribly loud. If...

"Very clean and it looks like it was recently remodeled. Property is close to major freeways so was easy for us to access activities downtown and in the suburbs. It’s very close to a regional trail and a beach, which we didn’t use, but I would think it would great for biking and jogging. Property is very close to a freeway so there is traffic noise. This noise isn’t a big deal in the house, and didn’t disrupt our sleep, but we had windows mostly closed. Second bedroom is set up as a kid space...
