The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer beach is just a few steps from the house, at the end of the street. This sandy beach is ideal for strolling, swimming or simply enjoying the coastal scenery. Popular for its charm and friendly atmosphere, it's surrounded by restaurants and cafés where you can relax after a day by the sea.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park close to the accommodation in parking spaces on adjacent streets.

- The nearest train station is Caen, about 30 minutes away by car.
- Caen airport is also about 30 minutes away by car.
