"We had a phenomenal stay at this property. It was a group of friends coming together to watch a play at the Cape Playhouse. The house was pristine, beautifully decorated and everyone slept great on the beds and linens. Highly recommend!"

"We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the nicest home we have ever stayed in. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful coastal Falmouth home. The location is absolutely perfect and the town of Falmouth is adorable. From the moment we arrived, Jon and Libby made us feel so welcome. They are truly outstanding hosts. "Rather disappointed with quality of mattresses and overall bedroom furnishings and linens given the cost of rental. Window unit air conditioners were old, noisy and prevented view of water. While property was clean on the inside, outside foliage was overgrown and patio had not been cleaned or swept in sometime. "
