"I was very impressed with this property. Although it is an older property, the owners (who were very kind) have brought it up to date and is very nice. We stayed in the suite with the kitchenette.The room was very clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach access was a short 3 minute walk (via sidewalk). Also, the hotel was within a mile of good restaurants and shops. I would definately stay here again."

The house was the perfect size for our family and the yard gave us plenty of room to play and sit outside for dinner and games along with the sitting area around the fire pit. "Nice house in a quiet residential area, a short drive from lots of attractions (Seagull Beach, Hyannis and one of the Martha's Vineyard ferries, inflatable park) and actually within walking distance of several restaurants and the pirate museum. Had a great stay!"

"So when I got there i had my reservation in for the day changes to a day ahead and had my email with a confirmation saying I was all set and when I got there it was never changed. Ugh! Took longer to check in and i only had so much time before wedding i was attending. Also when i told the front desk my room hair dryer didn't work i was giventhe "oh well". so that sucked"
