"Nice property with a lot of space that could use some TLC as it appears to be well used, especially the outside pool area. Location was excellent and neighborhood quiet. "

"Property is in a great location with a grocery store a few minutes away and the town of McKinney with local stores and restaurants. There is plenty of parking in a quite cul-de-sac."

"This house was even better than listed. The pictures are accurate and the house is even roomer than expected. The "Owners" are VERY easy to work with and very response. It was the perfect place for our needs as a family and I would highly recommend the house. "
