"We loved all the spacious places to hang out at the gite. Such beautiful views from the windows, a glassed in sun room, antiques, large bedrooms, wonderful kitchen! The house is surrounded by vineyards and the hosts were absolutely amazing!"

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. La localisation de la maison est parfait: à quelles minutes de marche du centre-ville et donc tous les commerces à proximité. La cuisine bien fonctionnelle contenait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner avec suffisamment de plats, verres et ustensiles. La maison était bien fraîche malgré le temps chaud et la piscine bien appréciée. Un endroit où il fait bon passer le temps!"

"Beautiful setting - the pictures do not do it justice. The art work inside was fabulous. Pool was great for teenagers and also those under 10. Loads of space for family get together and cooking facilities were perfect for us - 8 in total. Car is essential which was fine for us the nearby towns are very beautiful. We found the lake Pas des Ondes which was about an hour away with a spectacular drive which was organised with facilities and so beautiful, swimming with the mountains around...

Les extérieurs sont très beaux et la piscine, dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter à cause du temps, est magnifique. There are loads of positives about this house - the bar area, the dining and sitting areas, the gorgeous fireplace, the outside spaces (especially for eating out) were fabulous. "Josette and Andre are very nice and strive to be helpful. Very rural location and setting was as we expected. The air conditioning was adequate in only one bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms plus the one upstairs bathroom and the separate toilette have air conditioning from only one unit located on the stair landing. It was not sufficient. "Belle maison de vacances, propre et parfaitement équipée au cœur de la campagne, très calme. Les propriétaires habitent à côté et restent discrets et attentifs aux besoins des locataires. "The swimming pool was green with algea and very dirty. We could not use it . The kitchen was full of flies, which we spent a lot of money having to clean, buy fly spray, fly strip! The cleaning was very poor. Mattresses on beds stained. The house could be beautiful and is in a lovely setting. But is in a state of disrepair. Very disappointing as this was our first family holiday in 3 years."

"I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
