"In 50 years of Business travel worldwide, staying at 3-5 Star Hotels, The Milestone, Peterborough was a standout that I stumbled on by mistake. This is a 4 Star Hotel at 3 Star Prices, and in some areas exceeded my lofty expectations even better. I stayed here going on a month and the treatment that I received was First Class. A hidden Gem that I did not want to share but felt that I must."

"First of all we have to mention the front of house staff James, who gave us a very friendly welcome to the hotel yesterday afternoon you can see how much pride he truly takes his job were sure that he is very aware that we have a choice of which hotel we pick and he makes sure that you want to return. A real asset for your hotel. Secondly we have to mention Graham who has fantastic and could not have done more to help me as I am disabled ie opening doors for me and making sure that I had a comfortable place to sit ie moving chairs for my mobility scooter. And also the waitress Brenda who was very helpful and very attentive to our needs all in all we were very impressed overall. The only negative I myself was that the staff had to go out of their way to open the doors for me to get to the toilet as they were 2 of them, maybe automatically opening doors to an fro to the toilet. But apart from that we will definitely be returning in the future."

"What can l say other than what a fantastic stay we had at this beautiful old hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Emma, who was wonderful and so supportive to my wife with her mobility issues. Everyone went out of there way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was first class, the evening meal was exceptional, and the breakfast was superb. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend it. Thank you so much for a very memorable stay "
