"We loved this property. The owners obviously have an eye for decor as it is a really stylish place and beautifully finished. We loved how peaceful the property was and the owners had thought of everything . We really appreciated the tea, coffee and milk after a 5 hour drive and the muffins, biscuits and crisps were a lovely touch. All the information you needed was in a folder and we visited lots of the places recommenced in it. It’s a fantastic property and we hope to stay there again."

"Our stay that the leveret was so peaceful and out of the way but not too far from shops and pubs. The cabin was so cosy and private. We ordered more logs from the owners and the response was quick and sonwere the logs. Everything was excellent, wish we stayed a little longer as went far too quick. Had lots of people asking where we staying as looked great on the videos we posted of the place. "

"Fantastic place to stay! We stayed for three nights with our two children - they loved staying in "the castle". Really well furnished and had everything we needed. The views are fantastic and some great walks in the area. Easy to drive to Durham and the Beamish Museum. Highly recommended!"
