Our apartment is perfectly equipped for your comfort. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and an additional small refrigerator. A comfortable lounge area, equipped with a television and a convertible sofa (140 cm), opens onto a covered terrace with garden table and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals and friendly evenings in the garden.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). A bathroom with WC, washing machine completes the layout.
The fully enclosed 80 m² plot offers a private space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You will have access to the swimming pool through a small gate, guaranteeing tranquility and security.
A private parking space is also available for your convenience.
