"Hotel was excellent with helpful front of house staff. Location worked for us as we could easily walk into the town center. Breakfast was very good. Only irritation was that while it is a non-smoking hotel they allow smoking on balconies and don’t separate those who want to do so from others. We had smokers next door and this precluded us getting fresh air and using the balcony. "

She was not feeling well, and a steady rain had set in, so we were looking for a seaside location to snuggle up, enjoy the view, have dinner, and spend some time decompressing as we were nearing the end of a 15-day Italian adventure. The hotel was a disappointment from the start: 1. The keyframe picture on Hotels.com is not the hotel at all. It shows a location on the ocean that is not even close. 2. The summary said it had a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Nope. 3 The hotel room was clean and the accommodations were acceptable, however, when we tried to watch some TV, there were no English speaking channels and no access to apps like Netflix. I would usually not bother reviewing a semi-disappointing experience, but this hotel was so misrepresented in their profile it made me mad. "
