Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a ā‚¬400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldnā€™t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst Iā€™ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Lovely place, there were quite a few breakable objects in the house and very steep steps to main bedroom so not ideal for small children. It felt a bit unkept with cobwebs and crumbs on the floor. We still enjoyed our stay and would still recommend. "
