The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"We had a lovely 4 day stay in Pella in early October at the end of our 2 week Italian tour. We'd had a busy time and Pella was just the perfect ending to our trip. The village is beautiful with just the right amenities to get by, the local shop is next door and has all the essentials, anf there are 2 restaurants and a gelateria by the lakeside. The appartment is well equipped and comfortable adn Fabrizio was the perfect host, with his son even coming to pick us up from the railway station! I...

"Keurig modern appartement op 10 min lopen van centrum Arona. Communicatie met de eigenaar is prettig. Buiten zitten op balkon kan zowel in de zon als onder het zonnescherm. Parkeer ruimte is gratis en voldoende aanwezig, wij konden altijd direct voor de ingang parkeren. Wat ik miste waren bier en wijnglazen, maar goed nu hebben we de limonade glazen gebruikt. Prijs en kwaliteit van het appartement zijn volgens mijn mening in goede verhouding. Wij gaan elk jaar ergens anders op vakantie, maar...

"Die sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung liegt zentral zum Ort und zum See mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Auf dem Balkon können 2 Personen am Tisch sitzen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen!"

"Wir haben die Zeit am Orta-See in Pella sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich (für vier Erwachsene etwas klein), die Terasse ist toll mit Blick auf den See, der Weg zum See wirklich kurz. Super, dass an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze sind! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 3 personnes du 5 au 13 mai 2024. l'appartement est bien situé sur la colline et proche du lac, avec 2 balcons avec une superbe vue sur la montagne et même sur le lac, sur le côté. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et Walid est un hôte sympathique."

Help was a telephone call away and when our hire car got a small bump (which could have cost us a huge fortune back at the airport) she made contact with a garage in Bolzano and sorted everything for us.
