Very clean home, well equipped for our 3 week stay. While at the house, we spent most of our time relaxing or dining on the lanai, or swimming in the heated pool. The owner was responsive when we had questions. We were familiar with the area having stayed in Rotonda West a few years ago so knew just where to go to find the activities we enjoy. Be sure to check out the Englewood farmer’s market on Thursdays for fresh fruits and veggies.

The location is very good, neighborhood is super quiet. House has a great layout. Everything went good. Great communication with the property manager. We enjoyed the time at the house.

The house was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 8. Unfortunately the weather did not oblige but were able to easily access beaches at Enelwood and Boca Grande once it warmed up.
