The check in clerk told me I had to deal with Expedia and wouldn't/couldn't help us and almost had to pay twice for a hotel room. However went to the front desk a third time after hotel shift change and Brandon was the check in clerk. Brandon was exceptional and corrected the problem instantly. Thank you Brandon. "
