The beautiful bright apartment is located directly on the spa gardens of Warnemünde. The 1-bedroom apartment has a sleeping / dining area separated by a glass wall from the living area. In the sleeping area is a large Murphy bed and a dining table for you. The living area is furnished with sofa, armchairs and TV. From the living area you enter the balcony with garden furniture. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a small window for ventilation. Towels and bed linen are provided as standard.

The multi-family house in the Kurhausstraße is located in one of the most popular residential areas at the Kurpark in Warnemünde. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the townhouse from the 2000s. Behind the house is the parking lot, here is a parking space reserved for the duration of your stay. The apartment has a balcony facing east and overlooking the park.

Die Wohnung ist toll central gelegen. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit der Wohnung stark zu wünschen übrig! Spinnweben überall. Ungepflegte Glasschränke u schmutzige Türen. Alles in allem leider nicht dem hohen Preis entsprechend
