The apartment in Warnemünde is located in a house in a prime location - right in the first row on the Old River - overlooking the harbor entrance and the Baltic Sea. The wide Baltic beach and the Baltic Sea Promenade with Teepot, Hotel Neptun and lighthouse are just 80 meters away. The popular boulevard Alter Strom is right on the doorstep. There are numerous shops, restaurants and cozy pubs. invites marvel to stroll, shop or ships. The harbor tours start here. And not only the Hanse Sail you have a unique view of sailboats, cruise ships and partly to the open sea. The simply furnished apartments located in Warnemünde are designed for up to 6 people and have 1- 2 bedrooms and Living areas with a double bed and a sofa bed, pantry kitchen, TV, CD radio and bathrooms with showers. On request, bicycles can be rented for exploring Warnemünde and the surrounding area with its unique coastal landscape. The house has a total of seven apartments in the middle of the old town of Warnemünde.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Das Gebäude der Ferienwohnung ist baufällig und die Räume befanden sich in einem sehr in die Jahre gekommenem Zustand - teilweise auch unsauber. Die Schlafräume für 2- 4 weitere Personen ähnelten einer Abstellkammer.Trotz Mängelanzeige kam kein Kontakt zum Vermieter zustande. Das Beste war die Lage und der Blick von der Terasse. Das Haus soll in diesem Jahr abgerissen werden.

Alles in allem gut

Also als 1. muss ich einmal erwähnen, dass ich die ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen kann.Ja, es ist ein älteres Haus, und ja, es ist durchaus renovierungsbedürftig, aber so grottig, wie es hier so einige darstellen, ist es nicht. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren frisch und sauber. Die Küche komplett eingerichtet, es war von allem genug da, egal, ob Tassen, Teller, Töpfe, Gläser oder ähnliches. Funktionsfähig waren auch alle Geräte. Ich habe keinen Schimmel im Bad gesehen oder sonst irgendwelchen übermäßigen Dreck.Für die Tauben und Möwen und ihren Hinterlassenschaften kann der Vermieter nichts. Und ein Hotel ist es nunmal nicht. Es ist eine Ferienwohnung mit mega Ausblick und für den Preis absolut okay. Wir und unsere Kinder und Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage ist super

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach ausgestattet und müsste mit Sicherheit an einigen Stellen modernisiert werden (insbesondere die Matratzen und das kleine Schlafzimmer mit dem Teppich). Im Großen und Ganzen war es sauber und für unsere Ansprüche und Zwecke war alles gut. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Wir haben es genossen jederzeit das Wasser und die Schiffe zu sehen und so nah am Strand zu sein.

Schade !

Die Lage der Fewo am Strom ist hervorragend. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt von den katastrophalen hygienischen Zustand der Wohnung überschattet. Taubenkot bis zum Eingang, muffiger Geruch, Nahrung und Getränkerückstände in der Küche, Zigarettenkippen im Abfalleimer, alte durchgelegene Matrazen, usw... Nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem nicht mit kleinen Kindern

Leider nicht wie erwartet. Alles nicht mehr um guten zustand. Schlüsselabholung für Fussgänger nicht zumutbar. Meine Kinder (10 &8 Jahre)hatten beim Betreten des Hofes immer Angst. Hausnummer in der Beschreibung stimmt auch nicht.

Traumurlaub am Alten Strom

Wunderbarer Ausblick von der Wohnung und Terrasse auf die ein- und auslaufenden Schiffe und den Alten Strom. Trotz allem ruhig und sehr zentral günstig gelegen. Viele Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Top Lage allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Direkt am Alten Strom gelegen mit allen Restaurants und Geschäften rund herum. Ist auch sehr geräumig - großes Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbett, Terrasse etc. Allerdings muss das Objekt mal dringend renoviert/saniert werden. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt dadurch alt und verbraucht. Matratzen sind durchgelegen, Teppichboden in einem Schlafzimmer sehr oll, Geräte (Kaffeemaschine) nicht voll funktionsfähig. Steinfliesen auf der Terrasse eher ungemütlich. Also insgesamt ist eine Runderneuerung überfällig. Ansonsten sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.

Sehr schmutzig

Leider war die Wohnung sehr schmutzig und herunter gekommen. Müll war nicht weggebracht, Altglas und Zigarettenkippen nicht weggebracht. Das einzig akzeptable Doppelbett befindet sich im Wohnzimmer und in der offenen Küche. Lediglich die Terrasse und der Blick und die Lage ist sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist das aller letzte. Dreckig überall, Toilette und vieles andere kaputt. Die tolle Lage macht das in keinster Weise weg.

Sehr dreckig die wohnung . Mussten selber sauber machen bei Ankunft. Bettwasche dreckig .

Ich werde sie wohnung nicht nochmal buchen. So eine dreckige wohnung auf zufind für das geld ist traurig. Bin bestimmt zweimal im.jahr da aber so was geht nicht und wenn man anruft da es sagt bekommt man nur gesagt es kommt einer zum sauber machen . Aber nichts ist passiert.

Eine Frechheit so etwas zu vermieten. Stark renovierungsbedürftig und sehr dreckig. Das kann auch die tolle Lage nicht herausreißen. Nie wieder.

Sehr dreckig und sehr runtergekommen . Wir waren schon sehr oft in Warnemünde aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt... kaputte Möbel , abgesägte Betten die Küche fällt auseinander der Fußboden kaputt und dann noch nasse Handtücher..... ich würde gerne null Sterne geben, das geht leider nicht....

Wir waren vom Zustand sehr enttäuscht

Die Wohnung hat den Charme einer Jugendherrberge. Ist nur über eine steile Treppe und einem schmalen Gang erreichbar. Das müsste beim Angebot erwähnt werden. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Spinnweben und Dreckecken.Die Küchenecke ist derart schmutzig und eng, das überhaupt kein kochen möglich gewesen wäre, ohne die vor der Mikrowelle gestellten Geräte wegzuräumen auf den Esstisch und dann steht der voll.Der defekte Kühlschrank in der Küchenzeile wurde nicht repariert, sondern ein neuer gekauft und in den Wohn- Schlafbereich gestellt. Leider kann man bei einem sich immer wieder anstellendem Kühlschrank nicht schlafen. Die Steckdosenleisten sind mehr als gefährlich und im Wohnzimmer sind sie auch noch ineinander gesteckt. Auf der Terrasse, im Hof und vor dem Hof, wurde weder Laub, Mövenkot, noch Mövenfedern entfernt. Der schöne Ausblick aufs Wasser macht den Zustand der Wohnung nicht wett.
