NO food can be left outside on the deck, folly, or anywhere outside overnight due to local bears. This includes your car!
We are respectful of nature and neighbors. No outside noise will be tolerated. Loud parties will be asked to leave the next day.
There are open stairways that can't have a typical gate. it is not suitable for young kids or toddlers w/o very watchful parents.
