There is also an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. The apartment also includes a shower, bidet, and WC. Gas heating is available for your convenience.

Moving up to the 2nd upper floor, there is a small double bedroom with sloping ceilings and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a small room with sloping ceilings and a roof light, equipped with 1 bed. A separate WC is also available for your convenience.

Outside, there is a patio with terrace furniture, perfect for lounging and enjoying the fresh air. The apartment also includes facilities such as a children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a baby changing unit.
