"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated home. Plenty of space inside and out in this true 4 bedroom plus a well-stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities. House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. Easy place to stay and enjoy the beauty that upstate NY offers."

"We had a wonderful visit at the Stone Cottage. We were in the area for a baseball tournament. This cottage was perfect respite for a few moms and their daughters between baseball games. The cottage is 30 minutes from Cooperstown Allstar Village. The cottage was very clean and the property well kept. The kids loved feeding the horses, seeing the chickens, exploring the grounds, and catching frogs in the pond. The house care takers, Tabatha and Stephen were very kind, helpful, and responsive. "The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...
