3-room house 70 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with veranda with TV and flat screen. Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3). View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Renovated old dovecote.
