Much better than expected. Room in the city was much more expensive. Expected something similar, but very spacious for Rome and clean. Short stay to catch early flight. Van was 20 euro from airport. And I think taxi in the morning was the same. Great value!!!

HIdden gem
Loved it. Very well kept secret in Rome. It's by the airport. The staff are incredibly nice people. I can't stress that enough. Lots of space in the room. I recommend if you need to stay by the airport. The breakfast is not the best but the coffee was very nice. The wifi was good. Very steady. Would stay again for sure. For the price, it is extremely good value for money.

The owner and staff were very helpful. Picked me up from the airport, ordered the taxi to drop me off at the airport in the morning. There were just minor areas where the constant use of the place was evident. Nothing major, though.

Great find
We had a short stay as we needed a place for an early flight out of Fiumicino. We were picked up at the airport. The hotel is very neat and clean there was plenty of hot water though you have to run the water for quite a long time for the hot to arrive. It’s 10 Euros for the shuttle and 15 for a cab. It is only a short walk to one of our favorite restaurants in Italy. We had an amazing meal at La Pecora Nero.

Roomy, comfortable and clean. Very helpful staff. Quick and efficient responses to all emails. Wonderful breakfast if you are around at that time, and if not, a to go bag is provided. Scheduled taxi pick up which was prompt and reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again if the opportunity avails itself.

The accommodations were okay. I liked the location being close to FCO Airport. This B & B doesn’t have an elevator so for handicapped people, access to the rooms is difficult.

We stayed here our last night in Rome. Just needed a place close to the airport. We ate dinner at a nearby restaurant. The room had AC but it was a little stuffy. Breakfast was okay. We wanted to ask the front desk to change the time of our car, but no one was there and didn't answer the "call me" button. The room was very spacious!

Pleasant and Utilitarian near the Airport
We stayed here for one night in preparation for an early morning flight. The hotel was surprisingly pleasant. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cute. There were restaurants nearby but not much else. The front desk person made us breakfast bags to take with us and arranged for a taxi to the airport at 4:30am.

Don’t even think about it.
Terrible location. Dismal room. Very hard to get a taxi.no elevator. It was more like a maid’s quarters than a guest room.breakfast in a bag. Very stiff bed. Not at all as advertised. I would not call it a hotel. More likely a pension or bnb. Adding together the expensive cab rides totaling 50 Euros, we could have stayed in an airport hotel for the same cost. Totally false economy
