Entrance to the room looks old and not well maintained, floor of the room is old, aircos not working, shower cabin door is broken. Overall bad maintenance of the apartment

Great Service, location and place to stay
This is a nice large hotel or closer to an apartment area. Nice kitchen area, which was great for keeping drinks and snacks cool in the fridge. Lots of separate rooms. It's a bit dated and probably could use some TLC, but really got along great. The young lady at reception was great and offered us many good thoughts on what we should or shouldn't do. Really appreciated her help. Only reason I rated comfort average was because at the time we were there is was hot and the Air conditioning wasn't working in all the rooms. Very close to the Vatican (15 mins walk or less). Very close to the metro station which was nice 5 mins or less. Easy to get around from there. Hard to find - there really is no sign for it. There is a door and a little mailbox listing to buzz up. We walked right by it a few times before asking - the address is correct we just didn't know where to look.

Location is great, but water pressure and drainage and the water heater were all problematic. Not that clean and the place was dusty. The photos advertised doesn't match the actual place.

Brilliant
Brilliant, was a little worried when couldn’t park at first but found a spot and walked over to the wooden door. Greeted by a lovely chap who helped with bags and showed us to the room. Extremely modern room and kids loved the bunk bed. Location is amazing for the Vatican and easy to navigate around Rome.

Great location to see all of Rome
Hotel staff were friendly and gave recommendations about places to visit during our stay. Transport links were amazing, with a metro station and bus stop under 3 minutes from the hotel to be able to go wherever you wanted to in Rome. Everything is within walking distance too. The hotel room was always kept clean, new towels and toiletries were provided everyday. We had a very comfortable stay. Would 100% recommend. Only downside was that staff were not always at the front desk.
