"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"Unfortunately the stay at La Vigna did not meet our expectation. The kitchen was equipped poorly. There were a lot of ants and other insects in the apartment. The apartment was already very worn down. The pool was out of service without notice beforehand. The bedsheets were stained. It was extremely loud! It was hard to sleep until the residents above went to bed because one could hear every sound and scraping of chairs. Would not recommend especially for the high price"

"We are a family of 5 (3 kids). We got a very nice room with a wonderful balcony, in which we were happy to sit and eat (all 5 of us). Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge). "Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. None of these things stopped us from having an excellent time and we would love to come back! Fantastic facilities and exceptionally positioned on the lake (not too far from picturesque Limone town)."
