And their breakfast was one of my two favorite breakfasts during my two week journey in Europe. Generous, with high quality ingredients. "We arrived after reception closed and left early morning but staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone and left clear instructions on how to get in. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was also great! Lovely building and peaceful town, and we want to come back to explore the historical area. "

"Getting into the property was not easy as I hadn't received any access instructions at the time of arrival, mid afternoon. A kind local lady did some phone calls which obtained the relative codes for key access. As a matter of fact the instructions then came through to me at 2331 on Sat. 29/06/2024. Other than that all was ok. "

"We loved this hotel in the center of Compiegne, France, one hour north of Paris. The room was modernized and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. We loved this town. It is charming and walkable. Excellent restaurants, especially Bistro du Terroir, which was recommended by the hotel. Best restaurant ever!!! Don't miss the WW1 war memorial 6 km east of town. It is a very important monument and and interesting. "

"A bit like the old travel lodges. Staff were pleasant, room was warm and pleasant. Everything was clean but bathroom smelt due to no window nor vent. I would stay again and for the price it was fine."
