"The staff was very friendly! there was a 24h service and we felt very safe. The room was very clean and everyday the staff would clean it. There was also cold water in the loby which we really enjoyed in this hot weather. I would definitely go back"

For the second year running we were greeted by Emmanuel at reception who is extremely friendly and helpful along with others within the team who are all accommodating. "Loved staying at this property! It was easy to drive to from Lisbon and they had parking underneath the hotel. This place is huge and we got lost a couple times trying to find our room. The pool area was so quiet, no music or anything. Felt weird talking or walking through that area, which was weird because we had to pass by it to get to our room. The breakfast was very extensive and had a great selection. It’s also close to shopping and dining. My only issue was that the bathroom didn’t have a fan, so it got pretty stuffy after a shower. Aside from that we had a great stay. Would stay here again. "

"Our suite was huge and very modern. Huge balcony. Chairs not very comfortable. Couches could use side pillows to make it more comfortable. I never could figure out the coffee machine but then again I didn’t ask anyone. Overall, I thought it was great and would definitely stay there again. "
