Room 1 contains a king sized bed with on-suite bathroom, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa

Room 2 contains 80” TV, twin over queen bunk bed, large L- sectional, dining table with four chairs.

Garage game room contains pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, foosball and skeet ball.
Guest access
You will have a private entrance with a digital lock accessed via the side door by the garage.

By the time you arrive you have received a digital guestbook. Please review this document to avoid confusion regarding the portion of the house you have rented.

Unlock the deadbolt: To awake the lock, press the bottom right button shaped like a shield. Enter the given numbers. Press the bottom right shield button again. WAIT for the shield to turn blue and a beep to sound. The door is now unlocked.

PARKING:
Do NOT park on the street in any sort of fashion. Use the driveway and the grass area to the sides of the property. DO NOT park in front of the house in the grass.
Other things to note
Please do not park in front of the house in the street or grass.
Please avoid traversing into the area behind the backyard fence.
