Thank you guys for hositng this sweet spot in Rogers. It was so comfy cozy. I will definetly be staying again. Great Spot, met all of our needs, and expectations. I was in town vistiting family and it worked out great for us.

Perfect for a Couple/Small Group - Great Location
We were in Rogers for a concert but are also adventurers so we knew we would be at the house very little. This was just what we needed. Easy 5-10 minute walk to get coffee, lunch, cocktails, etc... Bed was comfortable (king size), house was very clean, TV and couch downstairs were great for the night we came back after dinner to watch a movie. We've already discussed coming back and bringing our boat next time!

The shower was fabulous
I needed a cheese grater, and the host had 2 new ones there in a flash. The shower was hot, and strong. All things you need to cook, were there. So close to walk to downtown. Bike paths were right there. This is not the biggest, but it was the best, I have stayed in. It felt spacious.

Extremely cute carriage house! It was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and has a great location (right in the heart of downtown Rogers). The check in and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Thanksgiving visit
Great experience staying at the carriage house. The place was cozy, clean and quiet in the evening. Rick was super helpful and communicative prior to my stay. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Rogers, Bentonville or Fayetteville-super close to so many things.

Great place!
We had a great stay! We attended a Razorback game and chose to stay here. The property was very clean, and updated, and everything worked great! Great value for a great property! Rick was very helpful and very responsive to my questions. When we go back to NWA to visit again, we will stay here! I highly recommend this property!
