"My husband and I had a wonderful time at Skipper’s Retreat. We stayed from Friday, 18th to Friday, 25th October 2019. "Lovely wee property in a great location for exploring Harris and all it has to offer. Spacious enough for the teenager and the pre-teen to be separated and mum and dad to have some space to chill out! Lovely wee beach just at the end of the road and the host also manage to provide lovely sunny weather for us!"

"Beautiful house in a fairly remote location. Just on the edge of the water. Short drive to the stein inn which is the oldest pub on Skye. Loch Bay the only Michelin started restaurant on the island is next to the stein inn.Property as described in the listing.Lovely location, lovely house. Prompt response to an issue that we had by the property Manager Cat."

"Our group had a consensus that this is absolutely the most gorgeous place any of us have ever stayed. Comfortable and modern, yet entwined timelessly with the land, everything was thoughtfully and beautifully arranged..an aesthetic masterpiece. We never wanted to leave! Wonderful stay!

"This was the perfect spot for our exploration of Isle of Skye. The cottage was exactly as pictured, the bed comfortable, the view impeccable,and the hosts lovely. They met us on arrival to show us some things in the house and gave us fresh bed an homemade jam. They were very responsive to questions. We could not have asked for a better stay and I hope we can return some day!"
