"A lot of information on all outdoor activities (big map, lots of folders), however hardly any instructions on how to use the TV, the oven, etc. Otherwise very well equipped (kitchen, towels, even washing cloths (!)), and clean. Large parking lot Arbritel should warn that in this studio, one has to climb a very small ladder to the bed, where you cannot stand upright, because the slanted roof allows, at the lowest part of the roof, hardly any place for your feet. Hence I slept on the couch...

"Super dreckig und alles kaputt. Sieht noch nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und gibt sein Bestes. Belvilla ist eine schreckliche Organisation, bei der ich nie wieder ein Haus mieten werde."

"We zijn met 16 personen in dit huisje geweest met vrienden weekend dit was zeker genoeg plek. Alles is goed geregeld, huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligt op een gunstige plek tussen Maastricht en Valkenburg in. Wij hebben hier een fantastisch weekend gehad!"

"Across the street from RR station. 15 minute walk to main Christmas markets, excellent staff. RR Station unmanned Sunday mornings, which was a hassle when my train got cancelled and i had to "wing it" to get to Brussels."

"When we arrived there was no sheets, blanket, for the third person, no bath towels for the third person, there was no soap and no toilet paper, no hairdryer. The pots were on the floor near the rubbish basket. The carpet in the dining room was dirty. The apartment is large and well located."
