Seabreeze Cove is a waterfront home 3/2 1/2. Each bedroom has a water view. Kitchen, living room and porch make you feel as if you are living on a boat without the waves. Garage and plenty of front parking for a boat. Kayaks and stand up paddle board available for your use. Great place to kayak and fish. Check out the islands/rookeries teaming with bird life just a short distance by kayak from your own dock. (with special kayak launch) If you like being on the water and enjoy nature, this is a good fit for you.

Sea Breeze Cove has everything that a family could need while visiting Rockport. It’s so thoughtfully designed and is a great coastal getaway. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We’d love to stay again!

This is a very nice place to stay. I loved the beautiful patio to just relax on. All the boys enjoyed their fishing time thanks to having a nice dock area. House had everything anyone could want and so much more than places we’ve rented in the past. Vicki, the owner was wonderful and accommodating as well as answered all our questions. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 had all we needed to enjoy our stay- spacious bedrooms, large bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. We woke up and went kayaking daily and went fishing every evening. The porch was so relaxing and we sat for hours just talking. It was just what we needed to unwind from our busy lives.

We had a very relaxing weekend of fishing. Games and kayaks. We stocked the fridge and never had to leave the house. The house had everything we needed to cook for the weekend and things to do to keep us busy. Plenty of space for our 2 families with teens. The owner was very responsive to our messages and took care of us promptly. We would definately stay again..

The property was adorable, very clean, well stocked, and the property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions. The back patio was amazing, We enjoyed it from morning until evening. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, fishing off the docks, grilling out back, and the cornhole. Would definitely book again :)

We had 8 family Members ages Ranging from 60's to teenagers and everyone had plenty of space to relax. Super accommodating! We had fun kayaking, fishing and relaxing on the deck! It was a Great family getaway and everyone loved it!

You know the property is wonderful if you stay a second time! My family loves this place especially my inlaws who like to relax and fish. My teenagers have plenty of room for their space, play games on the lawn and kayak and I love the beautiful ocean views and layout of the property! Beautiful property!

Absolutely loved this place! Bayfront with dock to fish and kayak, and yard space for little ones to play. Beautiful views and so much fun watching the birds, jumping fish, and gorgeous sunsets. Had I known of all the amenities in the house, I would have packed about half of what I brought! Thoroughly enjoyed Sea Breeze Cove and hope to come back someday soon.
