Lovely house
Recently renovated to a very nice standard for a rental unit. The house was a very well suited for our family of three, given two full bathrooms. It is furnished as expected, basic and sufficient without being overly luxurious. Very clean. We had two minor issues with the house itself as we had repeated difficulty with the door lock and the code not being accepted. We also had issues with the wifi requiring us to contact support and fully reboot the modem multiple times. However, our biggest issue was with the location. It is located in a fairly rundown neighborhood that is a 15-20 minute walk to town....and not a charming walk. More concerning was that the police knocked on our door one evening, asking to look at the video footage to help in locating a bank robber. Additionally, a camper parked overnight right next to the house. Not sure if it was on this property or that of the neighbors. Overall, the location degraded the value of the property.

A truly amazing house in a prime location in Rockland, ME
Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children under 10 years old) stayed here for a week and it was by far the best VRBO experience we've ever had! The house itself is nothing to look at from the outside, but the inside was spotless when we arrived and newly renovated so everything was modern and sleek. We had everything we needed and then some as the house has a host of amenities, including both heat and A/C which I know lot of places in Maine don't have both. The location is wonderful as some of the best restaurants are only a 2-4 minute walk away and downtown is about a 10 minute walk away. Communication with the management company was great and everything from check in to check out went smoothly and easily. The only issue I can think of with the property is that the Wi-Fi is definitely unreliable as it is slow at best and at worst not working at all. But we spent most of our time here off of screens anyway so we still had a fantastic stay! 100% recommend staying here if planning a trip to Rockland!

Lobster fest vacation
Came to Maine for the lobster fest. We came from Vegas. Family joined us from Michigan and friends from Texas. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Short distance to the lobster fest. Plenty of restaurants and wonderful places to visit. It was an awesome trip.

Nice updated property
Overall a great property with a wonderful kitchen, ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable and nice view! We had major issues checking in- the code we were given did not work. Called the property management company and they had us try 3 or 4 codes before one worked! Made the check in stressful! Would prefer a property like this invest in one set of dishes, silverware, cups, etc. The drawers were filled with old stained mismatched mugs and glasses. Felt like we were eating off old rejects from a thrift store. That didn't jive with how nice everything else was!
