"This was our first time at the hotel and it was great. The rooms were huge, the hotel was quiet, staff were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The hot tub was perfect after a long drive. Clean and hot! The only down side was breakfast for 22$. The price seems a lot for a basic buffet. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at **Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans by IHG**. The hotel offers great comfort and excellent service. The **restaurant** was especially impressive — the breakfast was delicious, varied, and very well prepared. My **room was spacious**, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The **front desk staff were extremely helpful and cooperative**, always ready to assist with a smile. I have just one small suggestion for improvement: in the **bathroom**, it would be very convenient to have a clothes hanger or hook installed on the inside of the door. Overall, this is a very good hotel that I would happily recommend and stay at again. "
