"It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. All the staff we encountered are so helpful and professional and what's more, it's prompt service with a smile. The room has all the functional amenities and is spotlessly clean. It was nice that we could have our own temperature control with the AC. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated. It was so nice to have a cup of tea from a china teacup. Very good continental breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"The Best Western in Massafra is a beautiful facility as it has only been open for a few months and everything is well cared for and gorgeous. I spent several hours working in the lobby area and found a nice little place to call home to get some serious work done.It also helped that there was a cappuccino bar with yummy pastries, and in the evening a bar for your first drink. The staff are amazing, courteous, and kind, and very attentive to your needs. From the moment you set foot into the hotel to the time you leave you feel as though you’re at home.. "

"From the moment we walked in the door Alessandro and staff made us feel wonderfully welcome. Romano was there with a welcome drink, Federica with a hand massage…fantastico. The property was absolutely stunning and well maintained. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and the daily breakfast was rich with both international hot options and local classics-served in a beautiful dining room leading out to the gardens-by a friendly and efficient staff member. We didn’t get her name unfortunately. The two front desk staff were also very helpful. The pictures and description of this Villa do not do the place justice. Highly recommended."

"We were travelling for a family celebration event and had four day's to chill beforehand. The trullo was just perfect for two of us. Perfectly kitted out kitchen and immaculately clean. The pool was amazing and just what we needed as temperatures were on the mid to high 30c. Ed was so helpful and nothing was any trouble. He made us very welcome and would highly recommend this to family and friends when visiting the area.Will definitely be returning. Thank you Ed you are a wonderful host. trouble "
