"I don't think hotel pics do this place justice so sharing a few. Rooms are maybe more dated with older bathrooms but still very nice, clean, beautiful views from balcony. No AC but we opened windows and it was cool & lovely. Lobby area is gorgeous. Location is excellent with onsite parking and then you can walk to shops/restaurants easily. Nick was fabulous as far as answering our questions & offering advice! Restaurant is EXCELLENT - unique/ fine dining with such a friendly staff. Many of same ladies work the breakfast shift and it's also a wonderful spread! There's a lovely lawn area to relax in as well with all-around beautiful mountain views. This felt like a gem! "

"We only stayed one night but it was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop. They give you a bus ticket that it is good for 7 days. We had rented a car but still used it. There is a garage to park your car if needed. The rooms are nice and modern but very plain. I wish there was a small fridge. There is no AC which I heard that none of the hotels have. It got a little hot during the night and leaving the patio door open wasnt an option due to the traffic noise. The breakfast was superb!! Amazing variety and delicious! I would stay there again. "

"If very nice hotel. It’s not downtown if that’s important to you. There are many hotels in town and many around the outskirts/mountain areas. The area has a lot of people biking, hiking, in the winter skiing and shopping with great restaurants downtown. I am from the northeast part of America and it reminded me of some of the old hotel/Italian resorts in the Catskill mountains of New York. They had breakfast every morning if you chose that. Also, dinner at the hotel, which was very nice or you could go downtown to a restaurant. You definitely needed to make reservations for either. Very minor but the shower Was not directly from the front. It was obviously retrofitted because of the age of the hotel. Not a big deal at all. Overall, it was a great place to stay"

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, well organized. The staff is friendly. The sauna - steam room - relaxation area is a real gift. The location could not be better. What more can I say? We reserved another week next winter before leaving."

"This hotel and facility is really nice. The manager was fantastic. And one of the reception female staff was too. However the other female staff with long brown hair was not a friendly person and the word that starts with a B...best describes her behavior. Very unwelcoming. The room is really nice. The buffet breakfast very nice. The restaurant was okay with few options for vegetarians like us. We ate there for the first night, after that we went elsewhere so we would not have to repeat our dinner from the night before. "

"A lovely clean room in a beautiful location with lovely views. Staff were great. Breakfast was a little on the expensive side but convenient, plenty to choose from and set us up nicely for the day."
