"The apartment is exactly as described. It's new and clean. Maria cannot respond to my texts with her service, so she comes to the apartment to support. Communication therefore lagged, I would send texts and messages through VRBO and received no written responses. After she creates user-friendly instructions for how to use all the appliances and where to find food and a bank, this will be the perfect spot for a getaway. "Stayed mainly to break up our journey from the Portuguese coast to the Mediterranean coast, but we were very pleased we stayed in the old town and at this hotel. They were both excellent. Beautifully appointed hotel, spacious bedroom and bathroom with lots of character. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining room, unfortunately the restaurant was temporarily closed but we were able to find one within walking distance."
