This newly remodeled, which can sleep 6-10 is perfect for getting away. There is a queen bed in the master suite and two twin over full bunk beds in the other room. There is also a full bed in the loft above the kitchen. The open concept kitchen and living room is great for gathering.
Located a walk away from a park and a bar & grill, it is a great location for your home away from home. 2 miles away - Lake Michigan with plenty of beaches to relax at, 8 miles from Downtown St. Joseph.

Stayed for a long weekend to visit Warren Dunes and St Joseph. Had high expectations because of other reviews and it came through for us! Loved the lights and sound system in the backyard. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy sleeping:)

Best place ever!
This place was everything it said it would be and more. They had a Sonos sound system for music invade and outside, Roku TVs in every room and sleeping area, and even marshmallow sticks for SMORES! The host was almost immediately responsive too! We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thanks.

Gathered for family wedding in area
This was a wonderful place for our family to gather, regroup and be together. It is well provisioned, clean and cared for. It is super that no pets or smoking is allowed for our daughter who has allergies. The smaller space is used super efficiently to house people, especially if you are willing to share space in a bunk room or loft space that might be exposed to light or noise from people that get up in the night. There are three outdoor options for those who need to find a quiet space when weather permits.

AMAZING WEDDING WEEKEND!
We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Friday we had some family and friends over the night before the wedding and everyone loved the games and the spacious yard! The house is beautiful and very well maintained! The hosts of this house go out of their way to help out with anything we needed! It made our already perfect wedding even more memorable and magical!

The space feels much larger than what the photos convey. The folks in town are some of the most welcoming in the country (coming from someone who traveled North America for 6 years). Less than 10 minutes from a beach with softer sand than the southeast US. 10/10 would recommend.

**10/10 Recommend/Will Stay Here Again** House was charming, well-kept and well-stocked with just about every creature comfort you could want (except fans…..so if you need one to fall asleep with, BYOF lol!). Tons of little lamps and plug ins (even USB’s in the outlets!). Beds/couch were comfy and there were more than enough pillows for everyone. Outside patio/fire pit area were perfection! Coffee brewer is a Keurig so bring your favorite k-cups and you’re set! Thank you for an amazing stay, we’ll be back!

Great little house set up perfect.
Small house with a perfect set up. This house was done right for a short term rental. EVERYTHING you need in the house plus a great back yard. We stay in a lot of VRBO’s and people could take a lesson from this house. Owners are superb and easy to work with. We will be back as we visit the area every year.

In town for a wedding and this was perfect for us. The house was clean and had more things that you might need. Extra blankets were great! Kitchen very well appointed. Even a diffuser for those of us with curly hair. Our 17 year old loved the TV in the loft!

We came in for a wedding at The Blue Dress Barn. Perfect location, about 10-15 minute drive.
Perfect location for a wedding at The Blue Dress Barn. The owner was extremely easy to contact. Very clean! Beds were comfortable! Only one note I would say, not sure if I missed this in the description. There are not closets. I was in the wedding so I just hung my dress on one of the barn door track.
